Roar is a health conscious brand created to be an better alternative to generic store bought cordials, we found that ALL of them contained unknown numbers and ingredients which is simply not good enough, so we made ours with nothing but the good stuff!
No questionable ingredients, no numbers, Roar is something you know will always be safe for your children to drink.
But Roar Cordials are more than just drink flavourings, we're also frozen ice blocks, jiggly jellies, pancakes, summer refreshers, drinks with friends or accompanying over dinner, delicious breakfasts & smiles all round + lots more : )

Absolutely. All our products are 100% nut free. Our manufacturing lines and equipment are solely used for making cordial. All products are made on private premises using pure whole ingredients.

Our Cordials are generally safe for everyone to enjoy!

There are 33 serves per bottle. This is calculated at 15ml of cordial to 250mls liquid.

The floaty 'stuff' is fruit juice! Wow I know right!
We do not use any form of synthetic beautifying agents like gums, stabilisers, thickeners to bind ingredients together.
Because we don't use any additives please remember to always shake bottle before each use to get the delicious fruit dancing around the bottle!

Once you open your cordial bottle, they MUST be stored in the fridge, otherwise they will mould pretty quickly.
Remember our entire range is 100% natural and purely from nature, no preservatives here to keep them from going off!

From the get go Roar has been committed to continuously improve packaging solutions, to be kinder to Earth and minimise pollution and environment degradation.
Roar works along side several local Australian cardboard manufacturers, who have been certified through Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
The certification mark shows responsible forestry practices are being used within these businesses.

We use 100% biodegradable packaging tape.
The paper is made from recycled paper, with a three-way reinforced fabrication keeping our sealed boxes strong, secure and sustainable. The adhesive is made from potato starch!

Yes, Roar uses plastic lids which are recyclable.
We choose to use plastic lids as it is safer for our little people to open and close Roar lids without cutting / nicking themselves on sharp metal. Safety first for us all.

The labels are printed on polypropylene. The stock ( the 'paper' ) is made from 30% bio-plastics. This is a huge improvement from when we first established in 2012.
Despite the fact that our labels are recyclable we're aiming to use sugar pulp in the future.
Our challenges are that the cordials need to stay in fridge once opened.
Temperature and condensation effect the durability of labels.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer refund or replacement when goods have been damaged.

Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on who you bank with.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
