Classic Citrusy Iced Tea

Ingredients
1L boiled water
4tsp earl grey or lady grey loose leaves

Cool Mint cordial
Ice
Fresh lime wedges ror mint leaves
Directions
In a plunger, steeper or tea pot infuse 4tsp of the tea leaves with 1L of boiling water. Let this steep until cooled.
- When ready to drink, pour ¼ of the size of your chosen cup with the cooled tea mix.
- Add desired amount of ice to the cup then pour cordial to taste and top up with water.
Stir, add any garnishes if using & enjoy.
